Our Pest and Termite Company, Lewis Pest Control, will be performing our yearly termite inspection beginning Thursday, May 16, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. and continuing on Friday, May 17, 2024 if needed.  They will be inspecting the entire perimeter of our buildings and each Sentricon station installed. They are also required to go inside every condo to inspect.  Our Property Manager, Janice Clayborn,  will be accompanying them when they go inside the condos.  If you see anything suspicious, please email me.  

May is the beginning of swarm season for termites.  Because termites are attracted to lights, our pest and termite company has instructed us to leave as many exterior lights OFF at night as possible. Because of safety, we cannot cut out lights on the front of condos or in the stairwells. If you have curtains, shades or shutters, close them at night if you have lighting on inside.  Don't leave doors or windows open for easy access to the swarmers.  Please leave your balcony lights off and if you have any lighting in your windows or on the balcony railing, please leave it off also.  We are requesting lights out for at least the next 2-3 weeks.

Buildings "F", "I", and the Clubhouse will be sprayed quarterly on the third Friday of these months:

• November
• February
• May

A representative from Lewis Critter Gitters will be onsite to inspect / spray for pests in these buildings during this time frame.

Our Rules and Regulations stipulate that:

36) No group tour, open house or exhibition of any type of any Unit or its contents shall be conducted. There shall not be any auction sale held in any Unit without written consent of the Board.

That having been said, we have several condominium units that are For Sale. The Board has unanimously agreed to allow an Open House Day to the Enclave at Oak Hill on Saturday, May 18, 2024 beginning at 1:00 PM and lasting until 5:00PM. This is the only day approved for open house at this time. Any unit that is listed with a Real Estate agent will have an opportunity to show their unit during this time. The gate to the complex will be left open so that there will be no need to stop and enter a code. If your unit is For Sale, please notify your agent of this date and time.

Your realty company is responsible and MUST REMOVE any signage and / or balloons at the end of day.
