A Special Owners Meeting was called for August 19, 2023 at the Holiday Inn Express in Gulf Shores, AL to discuss and vote on the proposed Third Amendment to the Declaration of Condominium. The meeting room was full of interested owners. After several owners had voiced their opinions regarding the amendment, a vote was taken to determine the outcome of the amendment. Dorothy Spears from St. Johns Business Services conducted the voting process and after the tabulation of the votes announced the results. Ms. Spears announced that there were 43 votes in favor and 42 votes against the proposed amendment.
