STORAGE UNIT REQUEST FORM IS NOW AVAILABLE
Go To "Contact Us" Menu Item Then Select "Storage Unit Waiting List Request" from Menu in Box
Storage Units (aka. storage closets) are limited at The Enclave. They are designated as Limited Common Elements in our By-Laws. As such, these units belong to the Association and not any individual owner. We don't have enough for every owner to be assigned a unit. Therefore, the Board of Directors has implemented a waiting list policy for those owners that do not already have a storage unit but would like to be assigned a storage unit.
If you already have been assigned a storage unit, you don't need to do anything if you are satisfied with the storage unit that you have

EDITORIAL
Hello Fellow Owners:
My name is Olin Kropog and I have been an owner since 2009 and board member of some kind since 2014. I reflect back on the early years when there were a couple of cars in the entire Enclave. Those days were quiet with the economic meltdown due to the housing crisis then the BP spill. My family enjoyed those days BUT now we have a full house and times are better.
People come and go for various reasons and while some are dissatisfied I believe
