The Board received the attached letter today from St. Johns Business Services. According to this letter, effective immediately the St. Johns business office will no longer be open to the public for condominium business. You will have to conduct your financial transactions and other business via some other method.

All Owners are reminded that the Storage Unit Waiting List Request form is now located on the Contact Us page.
Owners who wish to be assigned a storage unit -OR- who wish to be assigned a different storage unit should submit a request
Select "Contact Us" from the main menu. On the resulting page, select "Storage Unit Waiting List Request" inside the box. The form to request to be put on the Waiting List will be displayed.
