1. 1-GIG of WIFI (symmetrical) service in each condo unit. Vendor backbone dedicated Internet (Symmetrical means upload and download speeds).

2. Route Diversity (multiple paths) on the vendor backbone in event of failure

3. Video Line-Up consistent with current service with the ability to upgrade as desired.

4. DVR options at reasonable prices

5. Local RJ45 and/or Coax connection possible for some applications (RJ45 is similar to the plug on your landline telephone).
