Storage Units DO NOT CONVEY
whenever an owner sells their condominium unit !!

  •  Storage Units ARE Limited Common Elements as defined by The Enclave at Oak Hill's By-Laws. As such they are assigned to eligible owners whenever one becomes available.
  • There aren't enough storage units (aka. storage closets) for every unit owner to have one.
  • A waiting list has been established for those owners who wish to be assigned a storage unit when one becomes available.
