It is the Owner’s responsibility, if they lease their condo, to determine whether their current tenant will receive their gate passes or if they require the current tenant to purchase a pass for their vehicle(s) (maximum of four)

The Owner needs to inform the Property Manager of their decision in writing and whether their Management Company will provide the card / sticker to the tenant or if the card / sticker can be picked up by the tenant from the Property Manager. 

The punch code entry number will remain the same as the number assigned to your condo now.
