Our Rules and Regulations stipulate that:

36) No group tour, open house or exhibition of any type of any Unit or its contents shall be conducted. There shall not be any auction sale held in any Unit without written consent of the Board.

That having been said, we have several condominium units that are For Sale. The Board has unanimously agreed to allow an Open House Day to the Enclave at Oak Hill on Saturday, March 22, 2025 beginning at 11:00 AM and lasting until 2:00PM. This is the only day approved for open house at this time.
