NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Budget Ratification Meeting of Enclave at Oak Hill Condominium Association will be held at the following date, time, and place:

Buildings "H", "G", "A", and "B" will be sprayed quarterly on the third Friday of these months:

• June
• September
• December
• March

A representative from Lewis Critter Gitters will be onsite to inspect / spray for pests in these buildings during this time frame.

Buildings "C", "D", "E", and "J" will be sprayed quarterly on the third Friday of these months:

• July
• October
• January
• April

A representative from Lewis Critter Gitters will be onsite to inspect / spray for pests in these buildings during this time frame.

Buildings "F", "I", and the Clubhouse will be sprayed quarterly on the third Friday of these months:

• August
• November
• February
• May

Due to an abundance of caution necessitated by the COVID-19 pandemic, this year's annual owners' meeting has been changed to a VIRTUAL MEETING using Zoom.  Further details and invites to the meeting will be sent to owners' during the last two weeks of February 2021.

Please move any vehicles parked alongside these buildings to the pavers in the center of the parking lot BY the evening before work begins.
