The City of Gulf Shores will celebrate the Fourth of July with a stunning fireworks display, beginning at 9 p.m. on Tuesday, July 4. Fireworks will be shot from the Gulf State Park Fishing and Education Pier.
Due to ongoing construction to repair damage from Hurricane Sally, fireworks will be shot from the center of the pier this year, making the Gulf State Park and the eastern area of the Gulf Shores Public Beach ideal locations for spectators.

This family-friendly event will include free s’mores packets, a live DJ and a balloon artist on site. Families are encouraged to bring their blankets, chairs, and friends and relax on the beautiful, white sand of the Gulf Shores Public Beach.
As part of our Movies at Meyer Park series, we will be showing a Christmas movie during the month of December. We encourage locals and visitors to bring a blanket, lawn chair, friends, and family and join us for a free Christmas movie under the stars!

Children will have one last-minute chance to visit with Santa on as Gulf Shores hosts Breakfast with Santa at the Erie H. Meyer Civic Center.
Children will have one last minute chance to visit with Santa as Gulf Shores hosts Breakfast with Santa at the Erie H. Meyer Civic Center. Beginning at 8 a.m., families can dive into a wholesome breakfast complete with sausage, bacon, eggs, and pancakes. Admission for Breakfast with Santa is $5.00, while children 3 and under are free.
Cost
$5 per person, children 3 and under are free. Pre-registration is not required, you simply pay at the door on the morning of the event.
