IMPORTANT INFORMATION

+ - GARBAGE Click to collapse

Please DO NOT leave garbage outside of your Unit door. There is NO garbage pickup-up service. Owners will be charged a fee if our Property Manager has to remove garbage which has been placed outside the Unit door.

Garbage placed on the concrete outside of the Unit door often leaves a stain on the concrete. This is very unsitely and neighbors often complain about this. Please be courteous to all by taking all garbage to one of the two dumpsters located in our parking lot area.

Waste Management will empty the dumpsters three (3) times per week - Monday, Thursday, and Saturday.

Pool And Hot Tub Hours are 7:00 AM until 10:00 PM.
